Morning Mastodonians!Well, we finally got back to D:OS2 & it was underwhelming. We did some leveling up and some UI optimizing and then went and bought some new stuff and sold some stuff. Just basic #CRPG housekeeping. Then it crashed. So we did it again. And it crashed. I validated the files and we tried it one more time. By now it was nearly 9pm, so we went thru the whole exercise again and this time it didn't crash. We did a little exploring and called it a night. Boring. #videogames

It is supposed to get back up near 60 again today, so I've pulled out my first short sleeve shirt of the year. Well, I actually pretty much live in t-shirts and a sweatshirt, but in this case it is a polo shirt. From May until October, it's shorts and short sleeves. I really hate it when it is long pants weather! Not quite warm enough for shorts yet, though. Back to 40s and rain this weekend though. Gah. I am so ready for spring, aren't you, fellow Northern Hemisphere dwellers? #today

Frustrating day in the #saltmine yesterday. Every meeting just got more and more frustrating, as it just seems like no one is interested in hearing from our well of 10+ years experience doing this stuff. Listening to them hash out problems we've solved after many attempts is particularly galling. They know we've been there before and even gotten the t-shirt but they just forge ahead, slamming into the same problems as before. Then we get to fix it for them. Swell.
