       @RustyBertrand I am suggesting that this stance makes little sense to me, or for the benefit of the world. I agree that we should construct a system under which we are not faced with such a choice, but such a system is not present under many circumstances. What to do?

       @interfluidity I agree, and I also think that there should be a death penalty for corporations. Revocation of corporate charter, voiding all contracts, paying all creditors including workers, and returning what is left (after government breakup fees) to investors. Also, managers of terminated corporations should be imprisoned and sanctioned.
