@JordiGH I've had the joys of deep conflicts with three foreign governments so far, and the United States. I'll pick dealing with the 800lb gorilla that is the US any day over Canada or the UK. Those countries believe they own their citizens and can do whatever they want with them. File an adverse claim with the prime minister, and see how much you like your country after.Have you thought about the fact that your sheltered life was only safe because you never stuck your neck out?

1) RBG is dead. My condolences to her family and friends. 2) Poor Xeni (pronounced "Jenny") highlighted the one quote that resonated with her as well. @Debradelai @Moon @p There's two issues I think you've identified:1) Mastodon has, by design, encouraged de-federating, which has broken the foundational concept of the GNU social network. 2) We need a more granular way to deal with problem users from an instance without de-federating.I feel you're walling people off far too much, and joining your walled garden would only promote the problem of duplication. Please understand you're attacking the fediverse by doing this, and reconsider.

@devurandom you're pretending that permanently crippling someone is somehow better than murdering them outright, which is pretty disingenuous. Antifa explicitly doesn't murder except in specific targetted cases, because it allows semi-informed people to fuel their cognitive biases that tell them they're not bad people for literally supporting brownshirts. They attack minorities, the elderly, and children. And you attempt to justify with "well, they don't murder them". It's pretty sick.

@lautre I can't find the bug reporter, so I'm sending it to you here: your elogind package is not building /lib/udev/rules.d/73-seat-late.rules, which makes devices not receive proper ACL's.
