My dude, every possible technical and legal has been taken to make a schism as non-destructive as possible.Taking a step back, is Mastodon's attempt to become Twitter2 really... bad? Moving millions away from a private service controlled by a right-winger to a non-profit open-source service *is* good for society.Maybe visions of how to implement fedi are diverging here, but the fedi excels at spanning different implementations.

       @ZDF hab nur die Zusammenfassung überflogen, aber das klingt jetzt ned nach besonders tiefen Einblicken. Hmm, läuft vieles schlecht, warum weiß man ned genau, vielleicht mal alles gelassener nehmen, wird schon. Gelassenheit in allen Ehren, aber ambitioniert kling das Skript nicht 😂.

       @tante Es garantiert aber niemand, dass CL keinen anderen Grund gefunden hätte warum 2025/2026 kein Geld für Sozialstaat da ist.Mmn ist Kompromiss besser als totale Austerität. Und nach der Haushaltsdebatte ist vor der Haushaltsdebatte.

       @malteengelerIch glaube absolut dass bei der Linken viele moralisch korrekte Leute  mitarbeiten, und ich hoffe wirklich dass die in Zukunft mehr die Schlagzeilen bestimmen als was auch immer die Partei da gerade ausscheidet.Ich hoffe aber auch, dass die Linke einen pragmatischeren Kurs findet mit dem Ziel irgendwann zu progressiven Mehrheiten beizutragen. Sich als "die letzte verbleibende demokratische Partei" abzufeiern, klingt für mich eher nach Radikalität als Selbstzweck.

       @malteengeler dann hab ich da das falsche reingelesen. Ich hatte fast erwartet ein Essay zu kriegen, dass ja *eigentlich* demokratisch nur ist wer sich prinzipiell gegen das Kapital stellt, und alles andere ist schon Vorstufe zum Faschismus... aber vielleicht bin ich da vorgeschädigt.Prinzipiell toller Thread, 5/5 😉

       Ganz große kudos an das Team bei @ZDF 👏👏👏Ich bin ja auch im Lager der nie-zufriedenen an, und frage warum man bei Microsoft GitHub und nicht z.B. bei https://opencode.de gelandet ist, aber erstmal ist das eine dolle Sache.
