Kind of overdoing it today on these control arms. So very tired. I don't like pushing myself so hard, but this all needs to be done for tomorrow's alignment and inspection.Half the battle is just cleaning up all these old parts, removing rust, re-lubricating.Didn't help that I had two frozen ball joints and even with two pickle forks and a sledge they weren't budging.

And FUUUUUCK. I snapped the aluminum ear off the sub-frame where the control arm attaches to the frame.I really don't know what happened. I had to use a crow's foot, maybe it over torqued? There wasn't really play on the inside...

Day 1 of boot: Thanks. I hate it. I want to gnaw my leg off. It is hot, and my toes hurt. I'm not sure how I can do six weeks of this. I'm re watching Frieren in English to try and take my mind off of it. I'm glad I never got a real cast. It's awful!

The secret sauce arrived. This is the special arc fault breaker I need for the multi-wire branch circuit feeding my sunroom. That's two hot breakers sharing a single neutral. Black magic, cheap, and deadly. Sadly, Siemens does not make this with GFCI also.With a 13A space heater out there, I'm super happy to have this extra fire protection. I doubt a qualified elechicken did the original install.

@snacks I have heard that forcing yourself to vomit *can* stop migraines in some people, if that helps.I get nausea with the migraines so often that I get a prescription to ondansetron which knocks it right out.

Zinc plating is never enough here in rustopia. And painting indoors really sucks. But this is a custom part that needs to stop rotting, please. So I painted it and lapped the sealing surfaces a bit. Unfortunately, this leaves steel exposed where the crush washer won't reach. Maybe I paint again after install? Maybe in the spring, can't bring the car inside where it's warm.
