@p @fluffy It is interesting that we agree on the surface of a lot of things, but deeper down we are diametrically opposed. If you think not about countries, but about families, it is most common for abused children to side with a horrifically abusive parent over an impartial observer. Impartial observers of course are real people with real faults, which allows an abusive parent the leverage to make grossly out of scale behavior or circumstances appear comparable, thanks to the near impossibility of a full perspective. The abused kid even participates in the warping of reality by projecting what is most familiar to him onto everyone else.This context, of an abused kid, is how most USAers view other countries' faults. It's how most people view Russia and China and even Iran or Palestine. By virtue of being so dissociated mentally from ZOG, I don't have this frame of view. All that to say, I basically buy his Tiananmen story. I do think China lies, but not about what you think it lies about. It's main fabrications are the construction of a Chinese race/ethnicity, when the 100 or more actual ethnicities/races are completely separate. And the 5000 year history it has assembled is mostly a patchwork of requisitioned and scavenged episodes from various groups stories. But Americans don't care about these lies because they too make up similar lies about themselves.

One of the recent things I've uncovered in Slav World: The Holodomor was caused by the United States. Russia had began increasing gold reserves in the 20s. It had plenty of grain during the famine. But the US wanted the Soviet regime to fall and probably also wanted the grain for bread lines. So there is an obscure regulation that happened where for several years the US refused to accept trade in gold and would only take grain. The Russian state was forced to hand over the grain in order to get the other goods/materials the country needed to continue functioning. This of course led to the famines. It was shitty and ultimately Stalin chose continuity of government over the lives of people but it only happened because the US refused their gold.

And none of this is new. It was old news when Carlin was making comedy routines out of it in the early 90s.
