since it is easily possible within the hubzilla part of the fediverse to move one's account to another server, this is of course no hurdle, @Crow . and it was one of the decisive elements of hubzilla for lots of members, so it is a very good marketing choice. i am uncertain if it's a good idea to try to draw lots of people into the hubzilla net who are unable to see and appreciate this great feature ...

Bei Öfen und Kühlschränken gibt es mitunter die Möglichkeit, auf Rezepte zugreifen zu können.für ein rezept macht man natürlich alles. dass die waschmaschine mir sagt, sie sei fertig, ist auch der absolute bringer. das hätte man ohne vernetzung nie mitbekommen.

@wauzWer nicht versteht, für was unser Staat gut ist, sollte sich mit Vorschlägen generell zurückhalten.das bedeutet, deswegen machst du keine vorschläge zum problem der hass- und verleumdungsposts in sozialen medien, weil du nicht verstehst, wozu der staat gut sein kann?

this is very gloomy doomsaying. why should i care about a still fictitious meta instance in the fediverse? if i do not want to communicate with folks from future fedi-meta i won't follow their accounts and won't accept them as followers. it will be as it is now: facebook is totally irrelevant.and again: the fediverse is much more than mastodon and its clones ...

@Szymon Nowicki @Randahl Fink there are nowhere near enough policeforces in germany to seriously control all border crossings at major routes. and controlling all border regions is totally impossible. germany has about 4000 km of borders. to control that you'd need to imitate the danes and build a wall along all these borders.the actual border checks now introduced will be "mobile" and "sporadic", whatever that means ...
