@ThomasWic She really should have gotten a rabies shot as soon as she was bitten. If there's ever a question of rabies exposure (broken or scratched skin from wild or stray animal), get the shot asap. Last year, as I was riding my motorcycle, I hit a bat...it rolled up my windshield, and smacked me in the forehead right between my goggles and my helmet. I had just read a news story about a lady dying from rabies from a bat scratch, so I went to the ER.

@ThomasWic @Jackie The sweet little old lady that owned the house on the end of my street moved to Assisted Living & gave the house to her nephew. He promptly turned it into a meth house. Everyone knew...they had the windows open in the middle of winter and you could smell the chemicals & people with backpacks would be going in and out at all hours. We alerted the policy and they told us that they were aware of the problem...(continued)

@ThomasWic @Watcher9 My pup, Bruce Lee (aka Bru), likes to have his nails trimmed as short as possible. Whenever they start to get a little too long for his liking, he fakes a limp. The reason I know it's fake is because it magically changes legs, it only happens when he's sure I'm watching, and it immediately goes away when I trim his nails!

@ThomasWic @Watcher9 @hbgilmore I don't understand the need for a busy social life. I've always been kind of a loner. I find it exhausting to have to be "on" (make interesting conversation, be entertaining, etc) around needy fake people. I hate drama and there are many people who just CRAVE it. I'm perfectly happy with my little circle- my hubby, dad, 1 of my sisters, my pups, and 1 good friend. My hubby jokes that I'm probably on the Autism spectrum.

@DonnaLea @WarriorPoet @ThomasWic 1/2 My hubby and I both have Road Kings and ride as often as we can. People in cars and trucks are insane! When riding, I just automatically assume everyone on the road doesn't see me and will pull out in front of me and/or hit me. I am always scanning looking for cars that might not stop when they are supposed to and try to be prepared to take action.

@CM_hd1 @ThomasWic @timr A few years ago, I saw Coulter on a comedy central roast. I thought, why would she put herself in that situation- everyone was hostile to her and she got destroyed. She looked crestfallen. It was as if she thought they would like her & accept her. I questioned her intelligence after that. She should have known.
