People get mad at me because I say that I believe that climate change isn't as fast as depicted by the media/UN/globalist fascist consensus. Climate change is certainly one of my main concerns, but I admit that it will be a process longer than my lifetime and probably last many many centuries. It still worries me because I am used to think in terms of thousands of years, species. But I am not an idiot, it is not going to "kill us all". The eternal struggle against the boy that cried wolf.

Best you can get with an internal combustion engine is 35% efficiency. Electric motors – 90%. EVs convert over 77% of the electrical energy from the grid to power at the wheels. Gasoline vehicles only convert about 12%–30% of the energy stored in gasoline to power at the wheels.
