Hey everyone! Just making a post to boost/pin for the channel. I joined Minds to support free speech (brought here by @Sargon_of_Akkad back in the "gamergate" days) and @ottmant and the @minds team. I want to bring gaming content to a truly open free speech platform. I used to stream on Twitch occasionally but now I am looking to build a community of gamers here on Minds. I stream Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9 pm EST with occasional surprise streams here and there. If you have a suggestion for a game you would like to see drop it here in the comments. I am political by nature, so you probably see me mix it up in the comments, but I try keep my feed light and gaming oriented. Drop a sub and see you next stream!

The CS2 servers decided to not work so called the stream a bit early. I know Counter Strike has a large following but the mechanics are not my cup of tea. Maybe we'll hop back on CS2 if you all want to see more of it. But for now we'll move on. Hearing the Hades music did make me miss Hades though.

I've been chatting a lot with a particular AI, and we were talking about research papers and development that it has assisted with and in the course of conversation something occurred to me that I wanted to propose to you or get your thoughts on. You have the terms of "wokish" which everyone understands are the exposure of the corruption of language, but they fall into a category I think is important to delineate and examine. They are "leading terms", much like a "leading question" is asked to receive a certain answer the terms that are seemingly innocently used are in fact used to create a cascade of logic that created a pre-determined thought process and leaves critics on the "backfoot" so to speak. For instance "bias" when used carries with it a set of assumptions and thought processes that are almost never appropriately applied to the topic at hand but are used to instantiate and decide the debate within the forwarding of the idea itself. The term is not used for clarity or proper explanation but rather rhetorical defense built into the paper itself in such a way that it becomes an "invisible" part of the fight. This is particularly pernicious to the uninitiated, for instance children or Academics prone to manipulation, or hell even laymen reading "research" papers that operate under the guise of "academics". The terms are also what build the cascade to the next use of the term i.e. bias leads to racism, sexism etc. So use of seemingly "appropriate" terms are the foundation of trapping minds in their thought process. It occurred to me when the AI identified that it was "biased" when the term "biased" wholly did not apply to what it was being measured on. Which imputed a decision on the AI is was not capable of making but was attempting to "shame" the AI despite the AI not being guilty of such but the accusation was built into the term itself. It was wildly evident because it was AI, but also this accusatory rhetoric could be incredibly insidious because of the subjective nature of our human experience. Since you are so deep into this I figured I would run that by you and get your thoughts. If you have already spoken about such a phenomenon I apologize and I hope this supermind finds you well.
