@WashedOutGundamPilot @d0c40r0 @internetfreak I enjoy bringing BAP up because he triggers certain people. Why does he trigger people? His book was mildly thought provoking, his Twitter account is completely missable, but certain people here, when BAP is brought up, lose the ability to reason and just start screeching.This, for me, is quite interesting. The only other people I know that are triggered so hard by BAP are religious conservatives.

@WashedOutGundamPilot @d0c40r0 @internetfreak I see nothing about BAP that is worth spending special hatred on.There's guys worth hating, I listed Rod Dreher and David French as people worth reading, but I hate those guys. There is still value in reading them. If you can't understand why people that you hate are worth reading you're missing the entire point of what I'm trying to say.

@WashedOutGundamPilot @d0c40r0 @internetfreak I AM a father. I only race mixed with another Irish mutt to do it. So obviously that advice didn't work on me.He can't be not worth anyone's time AND simultaneously a dangerous figurehead.But everyone has to reason these things out for themselves. My conclusion after several years in this space was that trads were the worst, because they would lead us right back to our current troubles if given the opportunity, but oddly, this space has a lot of Trads.:akkoshrug:
