I don't believe there's much beyond a symbolic "victory" here.If there was, that'd be the first thing they'd have announced. Hackers love bragging, after all.

Homeless people were called "parasitic elements", official media blamed them for being alcoholic or lazy, and they were frequently arrested.In fact, you couldn't really see any homeless people, because they tried to stay out of sight to avoid trouble.
