       @simon I read that as this is the first time JWST has taken an image of an exoplanet. Other sensors have taken images before, but this is the first one from JWST.

       @simon it's interesting that they're not thinning out for you. How many different lists do you have enabled here? On my Android phone, the markers thin out as you zoom out so they don't overlap quite as much.

       Actually, I will bet you $1 that you could send me a picture of any business at street level, give me a location, and I'd be able to add something new to OSM. Even something old. Even if you see existing data in OSM.

       One of the Youtubers I watch got a review unit of this "smart telescope" and it looks fairly well executed. https://store.seestar.com/You set it up on its included tripod, fire up the app, and tell it to start capturing a particular deep space object. It does all the exposure stacking and tracking and produces a pretty nice looking picture.

       Idea: a browser plugin that scrapes every item in a Home Depot product search result and shows them to you with a 👍/👎 interface and keeps asking for comparisons until it knows enough to give you some useful results.(I'm trying to pick outdoor sconces and Home Depot has 6500 of them)
