The other subfolders are /[BOOT]/, /CommodoreOS3-20250422_0209/, /EFI/, /boot/, /.disc/, and there's a file called cdrom.ico . Copy-pasting yesterday's two doc visits regarding my liver -- a week ago, I got regular blood tests including testosterone levels (I went from 170 to 330 in four months!), my vitamin D levels (low-normal range, it's safe for me to continue mega-dosing 15,000iu daily), and my whole heptic panel which included my liver enzyme count. Everything is normal except for two of my liver enzyme levels: one where the normal range is like 10-30 and it's 90, and the other where the normal range is 20-50 and it's 700. My liver enzymes have been in the 40-60 range for the past four years, it's just in the past four months it jumped up to 700, at the same time I began my testosterone replacement therapy and began taking like 30 separate supplements.Went to the urologist, then video called my GP the same day. Uro told me to halt my testosterone replacement therapy for the time being, then get another liver enzyme test in a week. My GP also told me to halt all non-prescription supplements, and pretty much banned me from ever taking tylenol the rest of my life for fear my 2-4 times daily taking tylenol has been wrecking my liver.She said I'm fine continuing aspirin but try to take much less, like breaking a tablet in half instead of taking 2 at a time. She also ordered another blood test for my liver enzymes, to double-check.Next Monday I'm also going to the hospital's imaging department, to get an ultra-sound on my liver, to see if I have like hepatitis or some other liver damage. Or, like, I have a tumor there and nobody knew. I watched my mom die of lung cancer, she spent like TEN YEARS under a slow painful death to cancer and a whole lot more ailments like bone disease and a botched hernia surgery and a botched bicep surgery, so that's pretty terrifying.Also I really need to double-down losing weight, to reverse my fatty liver disease as well as help with my chronic spinal arthritis and bulging discs, not to mention my fucking diabeetus. It's a miracle I'm still alive at all. I need to buy a super expensive bed for my back, and a super expensive computer chair for my back, and try to keep going with my stationary bike, and consoom shit tons of veggies and eat very little meat, and like lean meats and egg whites only, because on top of everything else I've had no gallbladder since 2014 due to gallstones which would have killed me.

@SarahGation I've only had one test resulting in such a massive increase, so I'm sure it's all those unregulated herbal supplements and synthetic nootropics I was guzzling buckets of. I will never trust an american supplement again, and when it's safe to take the bare minimums of vitamin D and C, and zinc, and magnesium, and probiotics, I will import from Europe where they have strictly regulated industries.

@SarahGation I've lost about 35 pounds since the beginning of this year, but I'm still absurdly obese; if I told you my BMI and my current weight you'd have a mental image of me like those "my 600 pound life" girls even though I look way smaller! I used to be taking mounjaro, which is like ozempic but without most the horrific side-effects, but it did give me two weeks of life-stopping diarrhea which laughed at pepto and immodium, and fiber and acacia and psyllium husk, until I stopped taking it. Then my insurance kept denying mounjaro, so I said fuck it and stopped taking it. My blood sugar's been in the 80-120 range anyway, don't need to fuck with my digestion.

But I don't ever want to go back to a gym, not after being royally screwed by Anytime Fitness telling me I can cancel, but then refusing to let me after signing a 2 year contract and I was on the hook for $40/mo payments several months after I stopped going.I was going to the local YMCA, even got a 80% off poor-people discount and I paid like $12/mo for them no-contract ... but I have no reliable transportation and it's too far for me to walk, so I canceled them too. I have a stationary bike at home, but I can't use it for longer than 30 seconds due to stiff sore legs and a very bad back -- I can't do walks outside because of my bad back, and I have no sidewalk and my suburb is between two highways so cars are always flying 40-50 MPH in that 25mph limit zone.
