       @phnt @menherahair @SuperDicq @lanodan @nyx Systemd is quite nice if you want services to get back up and react to global events such as conntrack exhaustion and load peaks. Gentoo at the same time is nice for less optimized for architectures, particularly amd's zen with decent vectorization support.

       @SuperDicq @lanodan @volpeon EFI is just a set of conventions, there is no downsides to tianocore implementation for example. And given suitable EFI environment, it's pretty much hassle-free, unless needlessly complicated by grub shenanigans.

       Haven't found any VPN to at the same time allow chain routing (e.g. route packet from local node to node A, then B, then C), ad-hoc announces of new nodes and dns/geoip dynamic ipsets for routing decisions, so rolled my own: https://gitlab.eientei.org/eientei/inaba
