@golem das Hoff ich Mal. Ich hab kein Bock noch mehr Arbeit von den Konzernen selbst zu erledigen. Ob jetzt Pfandautomat oder Servicehotline, das ging schneller mit echten Menschen und war besser.

@gnulinux dass sie überhaupt zuruckkehren bezweifle ich schon. Du schreibst selbst dass du keine belastbaren Daten dazu hast. Anekdotisch ist das in meinem Umfeld jedenfalls überhaupt nicht so.
