       @kairyssdal democrats should be making hay with this. They should put there pointing out the real differences and how they handled it well, while Republicans continue to make excuses for Trumps crimes.

       @kairyssdal people seem not to understand that this is intentional. The GOP is an organized crime gang. They want the government to be unable to enforce the laws. They want the IRS to be unable to carry out the expensive audits required to catch rich and organized cheats. They sell it to the (m)asses as an effort to stop the government from harassing normal people.

       @kairyssdal the first amendment famously doesn’t protect shouts of “fire” in a crowded theater. This speech has led directly to deaths. It’s not protected speech.
