@spinach@elaine I've heard from numerous people and witnessed first hand from my partner that some people get the most growth after 5 years. My partner for example went from B to DD in the span of a couple of months after 5 years. I myself have had stagnated growth since the 2nd year (as in they grew slowly in the first 2 and then haven't changed at all), but have started to see growth again at 4.5 years, it's only been minor growth but growth nonetheless

My partner is having bottom surgery soon, anyone got any advice for what I can do to support them before and during recovery?Like if she's bed bound, how can I help her use the bathroom, shower etc.? What are some good autistic friendly foods for her (doctors said she needs high fibre and protein, I'm guessing making tuna sandwiches for breakfast is a good start?).

@spinachNo, we only got a packet for her herself. I was at the initial appointment with her and it was noted that I'd be taking care of her but nothing more than that.
