@fediengine @wizzwizz4 I’ll have to look more into pleroma. There seems to be a good bit of consensus that it is also a more performing mastodon backend. I’m new, so please bare with me, but does it federate seamlessly with mastodon instances?

@fediengine @wizzwizz4 so when I am on mastodon, does the federated feed of “toots” include content from peertube, pleroma, diaspora, etc? Or, would have have to be specifically following OPs on one of the other platforms. I’m just trying to get my head around it.

@sev it doesn’t appear to be in the series any more. Probably a ton of activity on that one right now.

@sev that seems like a stretch. What other social media organizations are in that series?

@stux Their public timeline isn't anonymously visible. Is there something concerning or is it something infrastructure related? #outoftheloop

Tried using these Ball Infinitely recyclable “disposable” cups (aluminum) and they are legit. $4 for 10 - bye bye Dixie cups.

@dowodenum haha. I was thinking through the use cases for microwaving a Dixie cup as well and think that would end nearly as bad.

@alex so far, we haven’t seen a lot of pain with ceph, but almost everything is POC. Any insight you could share on the pain points?

@thelinuxcast I think this is pretty common for residential broadband. Commit QoS for spectrum (I think) is only for download.
