@bad_advice_bear yeah, apparently there's an episode where Bandit pretends to have a baby and that PUSHES THE ENVELOPE TOO FAR for us freedom loving americans.and apparently an episode where he thinks about getting a vasectomy has been heavily edited. i haven't seen it yet, just heard what the partner told me

@checkervest it was tough for the 8yo at first since she was left handed and i guess they didn't catch that? we had to encourage her to write with her left hand. but yeah she writes print, def has to print for math questions that require longer answers, and she even likes to write her own stories (she wrote a horror recently where i was actually impressed with some of the stuff she came up!!)

the twins love thomas the tank engine but i just get so angry watching it with how ingrained a protestant work ethic is into this show. even the newer kidsy cartoon version is all about just doing the job, doing it efficiently, and doing it well.
