@hn50 "From fiscal [year] 2033, power companies will be required to buy emission credits through emission trading." 2033...It's almost funny if it wasn't so sad.

Does anybody know of a good tutorial how to control the frame position and size of #emacs on #wayland using #elisp ? Emacs now supports wayland but the tutorial only seems to contain information on #xserver. When using multiple screens, my emacs seems to decide somewhat arbitrarily on which screen to open the frame.

Using #emacs on a #Keychron K3 Pro bluetooth #keyboard is pure joy. I previously used a #filco and four different #ducky keyboards and they feel extremely clunky in comparison. Moving to a 75% layout seems optimal in emacs. The best part however is programming the keyboard with VIA. I no longer know whether I should save my most common macros in emacs or directly on the keyboard 😂

@galdor @crandel I admit that I envy you for your blue #keycaps. Currently there are no custom keycaps for the low profile keyboards of #keychron

Has anybody using #emacs on #wsl with #wayland managed to associate files in Windows with opening an emacsclient in linux?

Starting the new year running #emacs on #manjaro. Still debating whether touch-optimized #gnome or tiling with #sway is the way to go. But it's all infinitely better than running #wsl on #windoze11

@mitchmarq42xyz please convince me otherwise! I don't want to spend days setting up my system, like eyecandy, keyboard + touch input and want to find quick fixes in case something breaks. Suggestions?

@louis Single non-laptop screen is probably the way to go. I frequently find myself focusing only on a single screen when two are connected. Ultimately, the screen setup is secondary, however. What really helps is do not disturb mode for chat apps, time tracking, pomodoro, and the like.

Time to show off how you manage your #todo in #orgmode. I am looking for highlights how people integrate pomodoro, task dependencies, Eisenhower matrices, github and webdav imports, automated time tracking, etc. #emacs #timemanagement
