@Okymir The source refers to Jewish population in Germany. The holocaust 6 million figure refers to total Jewish casualties. Much of the killing took place in Poland and other nations with victims being deported back to Germany by rail or gunned down in their villages by Einsatzgruppen.

@Okymir It is not 'near impossible' for a 20th century military force to locate and kill civilians en masse. Finding and killing civilians is not a challenge for most armies of the modern age. Most are simply not disgraceful enough to dedicate themselves to that end. All this nonsense about 'running out of ammunition' is baseless speculation and arguments from incredulity with no sources. The source that you cited indicates more than enough people in Europe to support the casualty figures.

@Okymir The death toll figures are absurd but it is for that reason that the Holocaust is remembered as a remarkable historical event. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Holocaust#Death_tollThere are no contradictions in the death toll figures and population totals. If you are interested in becoming a Holocaust denier then I think most of them just hold the position that the numbers are fabricated entirely rather than that there was some error in the official record.
