@troyhunt @haveibeenpwned followed because you referenced it, but even after 5 hours from your OP, it's not showing verified. Has your fix been deployed? If so, you may need to edit the account profile in some way so Mastodon re-scans the link.

@troyhunt @haveibeenpwned may be that the app you're using is checking itself. My screenshot is from the web site. The Mastodon app for Android also doesn't show the green checkmark. When I made similar changes to e.g., GitHub, I had to edit my profile to get it to rescan. This was based on advice from other posts on the topic.

@troyhunt @jik @haveibeenpwned even in the web site? You could try changing the address (even invalid), save, then change it back and save again. If you're using apps they night verify it themselves. If the web site...that is strange.

@EU_Commission From someone in the US, thank you! Tired of having to carry extra cables on vacations with the family because my daughter has an iPhone.

Fighting the urge to start a new #rustlang project when a popular one exists that does what I need and more...but not in a way that is as correct or as efficient as I could do. I did fix a couple of bugs in their project, but it's still not exactly what I want and changes would be breaking. And crates.io has enough half-baked, unmaintained crates that are similar to varying degrees. Maybe I just use it as a git-based dependency when I need it. This is one way I think #golang is better.

Damnit: https://github.com/heaths/console-rs #rustlang It was hard finding a name because, as usual, a bunch of old, unmaintained (and to some's credit, they were for a time) crates with good names forever lost to time. `console` won't be the final name, but fits nicely with my #golang https://github.com/heaths/go-console born from a desire to refactor out GitHub CLI's `iostreams` that I used a lot in GitHub CLI development.Maybe I just need to make a crate merely to enable ANSI escape sequences on #Windows.

@stux I wish my kids would put their toys away at the end like that!
