       @CliffWade the kids have been out on Spring Break all week and have been at their grandparent's.  So today my wife and I are going to pick them up.  We've had a nice quiet house all week, but that's about to come to a screeching (literally) halt!Hope you get an extra cup of coffee and a better night's sleep tonight.

       I've worked remote full time since June 2018.  I love it.  The city I live in has horrendous traffic (yours probably does too) and I loath sitting in a car on a freeway.According to this MSNBC article, remote work is flat at around 28%.        I wish I could say I was excited about a new project I’ve been assigned at work, but I’m not and I’ll tell you why.I’m a Python/TypeScript/javascript/Linux dev and I have to write a new (poorly defined) API and it has to be in C#.  I am having to train myself on C# but I would much rather just write it in Python, but Management.#dev  #coding #python #CSharp

       My company has a poll that they send out twice a year for the employees to rate how management is doing.  And they harp on how it's "anonymous".  The poll can only be completed on their computers.  Anonymous. 😉

       Late post, Jan 1 we did a first day hike at Huntsville State Park, and it was lead by my father in law!  Good way to start the year and great exercise. Just under 8 miles.
