Gewonnen hat übrigens dauerhafte Sommerzeit.Licht ist nur ein Zeitgeber und es gibt versch. Chronotypen. Pauschalaussagen zur „besten“ Zeitzone halte ich deshalb für falsch. Die wissenschaftliche Lage, insbesondere bei Menschen, dazu ist dünn. Wichtiger wäre ein Kampf für Flexibilität, IMHO, als Digitaldiskussionen…
