@mahdoge So far they've helped me out a lot though! I do understand that eating yogurt and fermented stuff is better long term which I plan on doing but so far this was a lazier easier way to get my gut working a bit better since I'm in between jobs.

@mahdoge I would but I'm in a program that's got me a free apartment for a couple months so I can get my life back on track. Once I have a car again and a stable place I'm hitting my caregiver up again because if I smoked a joint rn I'd be telling myself to not say all of this 😂
