@futurebird I agree with you in that both are bad. But I think it's a mistake to think that the Cons are "scared" of Trump. I believe they're quite conscious about his possition and agree with him. The same applies to most Dems.

@aral @benfell Voting for a third party candidate will help set a precedent for future elections. If any third party gets even as close to the second place, voters will think: "hey! Maybe we CAN vote our way out of the two-party system!", and members of both parties will think: "uh-oh! Our power isn't granted, and we're in danger of losing it!" Which _could_ pressure them to actually enact some popular policies.
