@stux The more interesting question to me is who's fixing it. I know the answer. Those are steeple jacks. Here in Sacramento there's a whole family that does it and we've had to hire them to change the aircraft warning lights at the top of some very tall buildings' cooling towers or decorative metal spires. 🙂
