       I feel like the experience of ordering takeout online is really iffy. “oops something went wrong" "we're not taking orders” (but your hours say…)*order goes through but the location is actually closed**you show up and there's no special pickup area and so you stand in line for half an hour and someone comes out and says 'oh you can just walk right up past the line’*"WHAT TIP DO YOU WANT TO PAY???" (it's a takeout order!)
