       Check out ServerCheap.net. The CPU spec might be a bit low (not sure if that's a problem for this or not), but it has unlimited bandwidth with 4 cores and 4GB of RAM with 100GB storage for ~$9 per month

       I have used a VPS with servercheap for a few years now. Their claim to fame is that the connections are unlimited bandwidth 1 Gig (though speeds in my experience are more like residential Gig). I haven't gotten around to truly putting that unlimited bandwidth to the test, but I can confirm that email works out of the box.

       I think the bigger issue is that people tend to behave very differently online vs IRL. In person communication implies much higher levels of risk than online chats do, so people are more willing to behave badly (whether that be trolling or becoming overly vulnerable/coping).
