@ChrisWere Why do you say that?The Adobe Creative Suite is way more powerful than anything we have in the FOSS world, and note that part of my living is made from multimedia production using only FOSS.I really don't like the way they sell their tools, but the tools them selves are good from what I have experienced.

@kzimmermann I plug it into a P.C. (LinuxMint in my case), then on my phone I go to 'Settings' then 'Connected Devices' then USB and select Transfer files. It should then mount as an external drive.You should find the mounted directory here - /run/user/$UID/gvfs/mtp*/ (In Linux).So - rsync -atv --delete --progress /run/user/$UID/gvfs/mtp*/ is the command I use, you may want to do it differently.
