       Why is it that every new pedestrian crossing is designed to turn into a lake each time it rains, so that being a pedestrian means multiple soakings whilst you wait to cross as every driver ploughs through them?Zero thought for pedestrians as always.        @thelovebug Mmmmmmm..... Marmite!I was never a fan of peanut butter until Marmite Peanut Butter came out. Decided to try it as I love Marmite.Got totally hooked on it over lockdown. Didn't put marmalade on my toast again for about 6 months.... 😂

       @dick_turpin @thelovebug I bought a jar early last year. I grow my own chillis so like a bit of heat, but I discovered that I'm not sold on chilli heat on my toast at breakfast 😂 Best used later in the day.It's been sparingly used and is still 3/4 full - the only Marmite product that hasn't been finished within weeks!

       Any bookshops in Edinburgh looking for staff? Neurodiverse child (University MA Hons degree) has never had a paying job & has volunteered at a community bookshop since leaving Uni. They've applied for many jobs (inc bookshops) & never even got an interview. They're book-mad, Eng Lit qualified, reads voraciously, writes reviews, has been on the judging panel for scifi book awards & desperate to get a paid job in a bookshop. Any tip-offs welcome!
