Almost a week of no booze and the only change is that my insomnia I had until I turned 21 has returned. No other changes to physical or mental health. I would rather use frop to treat insomnia but hooch is still cheaper and better than ambien/zolpidem, benadryl/diphenhydramine, xanax/alprazolam, etc
