       @notjustbikes @tilvids I’m kind of sad that peertube is in a rough state, save for your instance. Do you think it’s because it’s not as popular, or because it’s fundamentally more challenging to have good content on peertube vs mastodon? I think it’s probably a combination of both. I just wish there would be more than one instance worth using.

       @TechConnectify @tilvids Yeah that’s the one. He does have a patron, so that’s a good start. 6,800 members. Not sure how much ad revenue creators get vs Patreon revenue, and I’m not sure what an alternative to ad revenue would be for peertube. Still, I feel like if you’re watching stuff on TILvids, you might not be giving ad revenue on YouTube anyway (Adblock).
