"So as you imagine, our first season, farming FREE food for community has been busy!So much work. But being able to teach "lower income" city kids that hamburgers don’t grow out the soil directly, teaching postal workers how to harvest kale, singing rituals into the soil with tai chi, bike tours finding wild edibles, watching neighbors make smoothies moments after walking away with a handful of greens, watching youth take pride seeing their seeds grow… its been healing.We could really use more resources and support.
