       @foone it's usually the pound sign that gets me, because it's not even on the keyboard. I just paste one out of a text file. But I suspect that it's possible to type one from the keyboard using a compose key combo (Linux), but I don't even remember where the compose key is mapped. I occasionally hit it by accident and get an unexpected accented character.
