@georgetakei she warned him not to do that, which is ridiculous in itself.

@Wolven is there some reason they have extremely limited supplies?

@KimPerales I have an acquaintance hospitalized it with it right now on the day his wife is finishing chemotherapy. They can't hang out, of course.

If you were in a small country away from everyone you knew, with unknown support services for the next couple of weeks, like food delivery or plenty of financial resources, and you had a plane ticket for a 14-hour flight home in a handful of hours and you started feeling lousy, would you test for covid or wait till you got home, assuming you could wear a mask on the plane? If you tested positive before you left, what would you do?

@todayilearned that was one of the worst movies I haven't ever seen. I left it afterwards wondering why I had stayed until the end.

Via @densaer Due to increasing levels of illness in numerous countries, #WHO has designated #COVID variant JN.1 a “variant of interest” and recommended universal #masking in #healthcare settings in response. #commonSense #jn1https://www.cidrap.umn.edu/covid-19/who-designates-jn1-separate-covid-19-variant-interest
