@admin @GunBot Steel cases aren't new. This looks like a more expensive way to make them.

Someone posted a Taurus 380UL with Titanium cylinder on forums. I had no idea Taurus made one of those. I presume it's not a made-from-scratch cylinder. Imagine machining Titanium at home!

@trashblaster @Groomschild It may be an old set of illustrations. Remember that the military continued to issue Sherpa well into 2020s.

Seen on Facebook:"223/556 has never been legal here in Indiana until this year. Shot my first deer with my Henry Lone Ranger tonight, wow, what a destructive round. It definitely did the job. Love my Henry’s"So many idiots made the claims about .223 being un-suitable for deer, it's ridiculous. I can kill a deer with a 9mm for crying out loud. It's not a Cape Buffalo. Not even a Moose.

@brimshae @trashblaster My experience with XDm in .45 was positive overall, but it has a couple of small quirks. It definitely wears the springs too quickly. For now, Wolff is still available, but for how long is anyone's guess. Also, because .45 has no taper, and the magazines are a true double stack, rounds rattle in magazines.

@fribbledom I was wondering just who uses multi-material printers, and to what purpose. I never trusted them enough to incorporate into products. But just off-loading the scaffolding to PLA seems like a capital idea.

It's 2026 and Bond still have LVRB on their website. Meanwhile, you can buy a Henry for your lever action with AR magazines needs.

@trashblaster They have done that in the past, when they put the G36 slide on G30 to create G30S. But perhaps there was no ready narrow slide for G38 to borrow and they didn't want to spend an extra cent on 45GAP.

The lengthened receiver of the new FN SCAR is giving it a SIG MCX-like look. However neither of them have anything on the HK G3 in that department.

@kwikspic I think it's actually not any smaller than P-3AT. Maybe not even thinner, because of the double stack magazine. The capacity is much greater of course.

CZ brought out new production CZ 92 in .25 Auto (or 7.65). Could a Mauser 1914 reproduction be far behind?

Ruger removed the American pistol from their website today. Cannot say I didn't see it coming. But does surprise me a little that they continue to sell Max-9. They even announced new models recently.#ruger #guns

Ruger also dropped SFAR, the controversial AR-15 in .308. This class of gun was super hot a couple of years ago. Cramming large cartridges into AR-15 receiver promised a lot in respects to accessories. But even with modern metallurgy, these guns kept breaking -- not just at Ruger.Meanwhile, Mini-14 continues to sell, even with its dumb proprietary magazines.
