       @bortzmeyer Absolutely. I have a perfectly functional (in terms of hardware, battery, etc.) iPod and iPad, which are now dead ends in terms of OS and therefore application upgrades. Apple is not at all interested in protecting the customer’s investment.#Sustainability #Obsolescence

       @bortzmeyer IMO all this does is multiply identity assurance problems by authorization problems. I remember arguments about Idemix and “Mandantenfähigkeit” more than a decade ago… Does it turn out that there was a simple technical solution all along? ;^,

       @bortzmeyer I think the charter statement is reasonable. It’s fine for adopters or third party experts to do that formal verification and feed the results back into the specification process. (I mean, how often is it the developer who runs FV on their own code?)
