@malwaretech Oh! That sounds like a challenge. My "survive meeting awake" coffee used to be 2x double espressos at max strength from the office machine diluted with one max strength normal coffee from the same machine. All to the same cup ofc.

The future of mobile radios is stupid. This one you just buy and pay rent on.The SIM is embedded and paid for by Motorola, you just pay the subscription for the radio. The "CPS" for it is 100% in the cloud, as it has a mobile connection anyway. But hey, it has good range and a funny looking screen.

My instance did not like the four (4) second 13.8mb video, so here it is on youtube.YT decided to make it into a #shart thanks to it being short and vertical. Not my first choice. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/FAOWEQTiq4k

@foone I might still have a somewhat similar Kingston branded DRAM module from some 286 or 386 laptop I found in a forest.

@foone Are there any other SOT-89 chips with "J8" as datecode or something? Those would have intact markings.Annoyingly Richtek has used "J8" for SOT-89 3.3V LDO regulators, but Richtek was likely not around when that laptop was made. As Richtek was founded in 1998. Seeing It does look very regulator like, but if the 886-23255862 chip is a DC-DC controller in addition to the TL494C PWM controller already on the board.

@Nixie Things like Rothman lenses are proper magic. But they sure are not as visually complex.

The patch antenna feed on the TRX_120_067 from Silicon Radar is pretty neat. Image is a screen capture from a BL SEMI video of it.I'm quite jealous of all the cool boards they seem to be coming across. Source: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1D3ePzcEGe?spm_id_from=333.788.player.switch

I guess AMAN does not reliably run on win10.As this won't close nor go away.I think I'll solve this by going to bed.
