Just as an aside, in my 46 years of using public toilets I have never seen anyone else's genitals. You'd have to really put the effort in to see someone else's bits. You'd have to be peering under the door or over the top of the stall or through the door gap. You'd have to TRY.Which is how I know all the people who are convinced they'll see a penis in the women's toilets are gross little freaks.
