Morning after workout stronk smoove. 70g beef isolate, 7g creatine, 9g inositol, some lglut, b complex, 5000iu d, 400mg potassium, 100mg zinc, mixed nuts, sliced almonds, a lot of honey (local honey is best if easily available or any from the USA), a dash of turmeric, dash of cayenne, and a couple Easter reeses. Add ice and water/milk (i use h20 since lactose and all) to preferred consistency and blend until, well blended. #Fitness #Bodybuilding #Health #FreddyLove
