It's officially Pride Month and I'm happy to report that two smallish local businesses are simply ignoring it. And that is a hard thing to do in the Pacific Northwest. I'm glad to pay a little more at both these establishments.

@Shadowman311 The motive was jealousy. She saw an attractive White woman with a lovely child who was living a life she could never have. So she killed the child and tried to kill the mother. Her bizarre behavior is just a ploy to show that she's crazy and shouldn't be punished. It'll probably work.

Pride month has seemed quietly muted this year. And living near Seattle, that's saying something. I haven't seen displays in the stores although the Walgreens website cheerfully reminded me that I could save with coupon code PRIDE15. Seriously, we have to endorse butt sex to save a few dollars.
