@djsundog Municipal internet, you say? :blobhyperthink: I lived in San Bruno, CA for a few years and the municipal internet was the best internet I've had. I miss not having to deal with fucking Comcast.

@Canageek the funny thing is, they freaked the hell out about the viaduct closure in January, and nothing happened; everyone stayed home and the traffic was about the same or slightly lighter. I think this will be largely a non-event, because everyone is planning to stay home and there's already salt and plows driving around. OTOH, someone slipped on ice at UW on Wednesday and actually died from the injury, so it's good that everyone's taking this seriously.
