@darulharb They would definitely be in torpor/tupor which is dnagerous with the Western Diamond Back because they're usually too cold to rattle and warn you prior to striking. I almost stepped right onto one on a quail hunting trip in South Texas when I was in college one cold morning. My buddy grabbed my arm and held me back just in the nick of time.

@ThomasWic Awesome! My neighbor and some of his buddies do something similar with a FLIR equipped drone, chest rigs with iPads showing them the feed and suppressed .300 blackout rifles with subsonic ammo to eradicate feral hogs on night hunts.

@ThomasWic Very interesting. I've posted on another site to try to get some answers. I'm pretty sure that a flashlight on the side, since you can potentially make out a power supply line protruding from the back of it and that would make sense in a tunnel. What no one seems to be able to figure out is the secondary magazine. Some think it's a foregrip, but I don't. I think it's a magazine for secondary, top rail mounted weapon system. It's definitely a braced AR pistol primary.

@ThomasWic I think I have a good guess now. I think that's an AR braced pistol primary with a flashlight on this side and the forward mag feeds shotgun shells into a secondary "skeleton key" breaching weapon.
