@satori Not entirely sure. She said she didn't have enough time, but when I tried directing to the most pressing matters, I was outright refused. It was a GP appointment and the moment she walked in she said "I'm not gonna deal with 90% of the stuff you're here for." Main reason I showed up was I needed referrals to doctors and tests and I was just outright refused. Said all she could take care of was my ear infection and congestion.

Why do people act like they need to separate their SFW and NSFW art. It's not a good idea to throw yourself in bed with the kind of people who would attack you for creating the stuff you make here. That's the crowd most well known for doxxing and swatting people. If that crowd finds out you're making something they don't approve of, they will just try and ruin you. It's better to not try and appeal to them at all.

You know, getting 8 100 page doujins brand new from the artist for less than 500 yen is a crazy deal. There's an artist I've been buying from for years who only does SFW stuff, put a big bundle up for sale on their booth. Just bought it. Almost 3 kilos of books.

@EscBoy There are some states where it's still 13 technically. People harp on California, but California is one of the few states that the default is 18. And nobody should worry about being banned from "the wider proship community" I've said it before, but the "proship community" is shit. They really just don't have morals, and have no issues attacking people who have a slightly different opinion than them.

@JustDisa @EscBoy that's weird. 50 years ago they were having to drive acrost the border to Nevada cause one was 17 and one was 18 and state was saying hell no. Heck it was parents that drove them over even. Were going into the military and wanted to be married beforehand. Wonder what changed.

I think there's something wrong with the idea you should have to go through life expecting to be judged just because your hobbies are different. Whenever I see talk of the "translation" of Shoujo Ramune, I honestly get pissed off. By the way, you can buy all of Tanuki Soft's game on Fanza digitally. They have DRM, but Fanza's DRM isn't horrid by any means. DLSite's is way worse, trust me. Note if you aren't in Japan you'll of course need a VPN to access it, but it's worth it really. With all this talk of ID verification you should be using a VPN anyways.

As for buying DMM points, you can buy DMM point cards on Amazon JP, or you can top up with bitcash if you don't have a credit card that works on DMM. They also have Amazon Pay for buying points. Though that only works with an Amazon JP account. And of course needs a JP billing address to go through properly. So it may not work for you.

You know, there's no law that states AO games can't be sold at Walmart in the US. If Walmart wanted to, all they'd have to do is create a section that requires you to show ID to enter. Bookstores like Barnes and Noble in the US sell erotica works all the time. It's self censorship because of lobbying by Karens that gets the AO games removed from store shelves. AO games are fully legal to sell as long as you check ID first.

Since my computer force updated me to 25h5, I've been experiencing the weirdest bug. For some reason after letting windows run for a bit, no web browser program becomes capable of playing media properly without me restarting. Now when I say web browser, I don't just mean firefox or chrome. No, every webview and nodejs program on the computer also becomes incapable of playing media. And of course much of windows itself is webview now too so...
