@EU_Commission you forgot popular gaming platform Steam which is owned by Valve. You guys are fighting them in court for Geo-locking and already fined the 5 game publishers for making deals with Valve.Steam is the same as Apple. You can’t download anywhere else. You can’t buy products anywhere else without making an account with them. Publishers are unwilling to sell games anywhere else. Valve is gatekeeper of games.

@stux using hidden url analysis I can always know if they lied to me about “reviewing” my work. 99% they don’t open it and what ever I put in the contact information is used instead for other reasons. That’s how I know which company is good or bad.

@EU_Commission or you could just use electric heaters and instead use electricity from solar power to power the heating. Then you won’t have to use Russia oil or gas and cause problems. Time to leave the old fashioned way, we now know gas heaters do harm human health and the old machines should re removed.

@stux @amgine @CStamp it’s also really legally unenforceable. Facebook if they tried to collect text messages from people from another instance that has Creative Commons license, Facebook entire plan for profit would end up in court. Copyright infringement would also be problematic since many know the legal implications of images being protected.

@EU_Commission You should take action against X not formal proceedings. We know they don’t offer content moderation, there’s no management because Elon controls it while the CEO is the scapegoat, dark patterns in Elons banking agreements to give money should be looked into, there’s no advertising transparency we bearly know who these companies are and who they represent. Data can’t be accessed which is obviously because of Elon trying to make profit.Action now, not another day longer.

@EU_Commission again Steam website the largest in gaming industry was ignored. They clearly should also be in the list. Valve corporation their owner even claim 100 million people on Steam. Steam sells Steam Decks in EU to the millions of Europeans. Steam should be in the list and should be demanded to follow the rules.

@internetarchive software is also disappearing. Anyone remember the original Windows Player? It’s unable to work on windows 10 and Microsoft made it that way. Only a matter of time until Microsoft removes software from XP days.

@stux unable to unsubscribe from Adobe’s payments sounds illegal and they should be charged for the crime. People can tell credit cards companies to stop paying Adobe and Adobe would be faced with payment penalties for doing this dumb thing.

@stux it’s always been a problem, videos would never load quickly or if ever. Photos like right now don’t appear either. Alt text not showing up on TTS programs. I thought it was a mastodon issue but only happens here.

@BrodieOnLinux Valve Corporate is a well known lying machine, they didn’t help fund VR indie dev. They lie in court a lot. They use the Esports funds that fans paid to collect that money for their selfish reasons and none to the teams. Valve pays publishers not indie devs. Proton source code is being developed by fans not their employees, Valve Github profile shows blank code for the employees.Stop with the propaganda, tell it like it is, another Valve fraud example to happen.
