One thing preventing me from using Mastodon more instead of Twitter is the lack of actual search. Unless something is tagged, it doesn’t exist for you, unless you already follow that person, which makes finding people to follow way harder.Having an emptier timeline and not being able to find people discussing X book or show doesn’t help much
