@JonathanMBR Kenyan parliamentarians are something special. We had a member of the Kenyan parliament visit our research institute as part of a Germany tour and even though it wasn't a work meeting and nobody but the MoP was in the picture, he traveled with an entourage of close to 20 people.

@JonathanMBR i am not sure I would draw that comparison. Senators and congressmen from the USA behave very different to Parliamentarians in Germany. I am dire there are differences from one country to the next. I would look to forums like gopacnetwork.org or pgaction.org to see how your parliamentary representatives compare with others in terms of engagement. Visiting a football match is kind of indefensible though.
