carrotcypher is apparently doing the rounds crying on rightwing techbro podcasts talking about how mean and fascist we are for bullying him off fosstodonand tbh, this is why fedi is great. if this were a centralized social platform that kind of publicity might scare whoever's running it into doing stuff to seem more "impartial" (read: friendly to the fascists) but since fedi is an anarchist collective, there's no authority to appeal to and nobody to pressure to get us to stop bullying fascists off fedi :D

Part of me really wants to stop making engines and just use Godot for 3D game making explorations but the other part of me is remembering what a giant pain in the ass its been working around other people's technology in the past and how much happier I am when I know how everything works cause I wrote all the code and if I need different behavior or to fix something I can just go in there and do it
